OVERLOOK
Sited on a hill with a view, this modern interpretation of a Texan Mid-Century house is a concept project for a site near Bee Cave, Texas. Two long bar forms perpendicular to one another create interesting visual massing with voids and transparency through windows and materials. A key feature to the rear living area is the pool which meanders in the outdoor living area, which is accessible by stepping stones. Cut limestone, stained wood and paint grip metal provide a timeless color scheme for years to come.
