Design, at its core, needs to make sense. We believe homes should be just that – a comfortable and practical place to live your best life, not a museum where form is more important than function. Our designs are tailored to maximize livability, with special emphasis placed on developing functional and efficient floorplans.
We work within a variety of styles by embracing the core principles of design: timeless details, balanced proportion, and unified design. PAISANO CASITA
Currently in design, this modern casita strives for beauty from simplicity. One long bar form parallel to an existing main house creates an opportunity for a side courtyard and row of olive trees - an ideal space for early evening hors d'oeuvres and parties. Gray metal and stained wood provide an understated exterior materials palette so the plants and landscaping can be accentuated.
