SUNDOWN
This project was designed to create a welcoming and casual family-living vibe. An L-shaped configuration drives the exterior look of the home with the pool area being the central gathering space. Nestled far off the street amidst large live oak trees, a grid of steel windows and glass at the entry lends to an open, welcoming feel. A simple materials palette of brick, stucco, steel, and glass gives the home a timeless and contemporary aesthetic.
